Remove a Member from a Household

The Loyalty platform supports the concept of "householding," where multiple Members in the same family are grouped together for the purpose of sharing loyalty membership benefits, such as pooling their Metrics.

From the Household tab on the Member Profile screen, Customer Service Representatives can remove other Members from the currently selected Member's household. Please note that you can't remove the Primary Member from a household.

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > People from the side navigation menu. The People screen is displayed.

  2. On the People screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Profile screen is displayed with the Summary tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Household tab.

  4. Within the Pool Contributors section, click the Remove icon next to the desired Member.
